      * Essentially it uses 10.9% less Land for same production amount.
  * Sawmill uses 77% less Workers per effective land.
      * Best pick, 77% less Workers is better than 10.9% savings on land, because workers have their own effective land costs (such as housing, food production, cooking/food infastructure, clothing production, cotton infastrucutre, etc)
