Unlocks a temporary buff for prouction buildings that lasts for 360 days and costs 5 of the appropriate tool to activate.

Buildings that can benefit from the buff:

• Loggers hut for 5 Axes (New tools).
• Forester for 5 Shovels (New tools).
• Hunter lodge for 5 Bows (New tools).
• Farm for 5 Shovels (New tools).
• Quarry for 5 Pickaxes (New tools).
• Pit mine for 5 Pickaxes and 5 Shovels (New tools).
• Deep mine for 10 Pickaxes and 10 Shovels (New tools).
• Bakery for 20 Cut stones (Bread oven).

Requirements: Management, 2 pickaxe, 2 shovel, 2 axe and 2 hammer.
